The Fixer (Chronic Pain)
A results-driven therapeutic massage designed to address the root causes of chronic pain, persistent tension, and structural imbalances. By combining powerful techniques such as myofascial release, joint manipulation, trigger point therapy, stretching, and deep tissue work, this treatment offers targeted relief for even the most stubborn aches and dysfunctions. The Release (Somatic Emotion Massage)
A deeply compassionate massage designed specifically for those navigating deep emotions like grief. Unlike a typical spa experience, this session provides a serene, private space where you can fully surrender to relaxation without the discomfort of being around others. With my background in crisis mental health, I create a safe and nurturing environment for you to process emotions and allow your body to release the heaviness of grief. Through a soothing, customized massage, The Release helps you honor your emotions while offering profound relief, comfort, and the space to feel good amidst your heartache.
Refelx (foot focused reflexology)
Focusing on the reflex trigger points in your feet, Reflex gently applies targeted pressure to stimulate your body’s natural healing and restore balance. Every touch is designed to connect with vital organs and systems, releasing built-up stress, enhancing circulation, with the potential to alleviate discomfort from chronic pain, migraines, and hormonal imbalances. This deeply soothing treatment indulges your senses, nurturing both your physical health and emotional harmony, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and utterly pampered from the ground up.

  • The Consult ($40/$75)  Unsure of what to schedule? Book this consultation session so I can help you figure out what would best help you meet your goals! Available in 30 and 60-minute increments.
Massage Services
  • The Noodle ($40/$75/$110/$145)  Traditional Swedish massage that consists of long, slow, kneading strokes that leave your body incredibly relaxed.  Secondary benefits of a Swedish massage may include decreased stress, anxiety, blood pressure, increased circulation and relaxation.  A MUST in self-care! Available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute increments.​
  • The Deep ($50/$95/$145/$190)  Deep Tissue Massage. Muscles are in layers, so in order to reach those that are not usually addressed in a typical Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper tissues (muscles) of the body. Regular deep tissue massage is known to give significant relief to those with occupational/repetitive action aches and pains. Available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute increments.
  • The Fixer ($55/$105/$160/$215)  Therapeutic Massage focused on addressing specific aches and pains, structural/functional issues, and other more chronic issues.  This massage uses specific techniques, such as myofascial release, joint manipulation, trigger point release, stretching, and deep tissue massage that are often used in chiropractic massage sessions. Available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minutes increments.
  • The Release ($95/$145/$190)  Grief Massage for those dealing with loss. Often the need to "feel good" conflicts with the heartache of grief…and going to a spa where there are other people around while navigating such grief can be disorienting. Then the struggle to ensure the grief doesn’t come through during the session with a total stranger…when massage is naturally geared to help the body release emotions. With my background in crisis mental health, I am especially at ease helping those feel safe and comfortable expressing powerful emotion while giving a deeply relaxing massage. It really is okay to feel good when dealing with profound grief. Available in 60, 90, and 120-minutes increments.​
  • The Reflex ($40/$75)  Talk about the ultimate foot massage!  Reflexology is where the therapist applies pressure to the bottoms of the feet, on what are called reflex points.  It is believed that these reflex points correspond to different areas and organs of the body.  So, in Reflexology, working the feet is actually a way to work the entire body!!!  Check out the Mayo Clinic's website for more information! Available as 30 and 60 minutes.

Alternative Medicine
  • The Talker ($110/$145/$190)  Life Coach Sessions help to identify mental patterns, situations, and even your life's path while assisting in navigating challenges that come up along the way.  A life coach helps you sift through the magnitude of life's choices to help you decide what the right course is for you.  Using my extensive experience working with those in crisis and life change, I can help you identify mental patterns that may be holding you back from the life you truly desire.  I can help you make sense of things; I can help you navigate your path; I can help you see how to change your life! Available in 60, 90, and 120-minute increments. 
  • The Cranio ($95)  CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.  Please click HERE for more information!!!
  • The Healer ($110/$145)  Do you feel stuck?  Do you deal with depression or anxiety? What about unexplained anger?  Periods where you just "don't feel like you" anymore?  Do you have high levels of stress in your life?  Have you hit a point where everything you've tried just hasn't worked? A healing is unlike anything you've ever experienced, and truly is meant to meet whatever needs you have coming into a session.  A healing session will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated from your core! If you've ever been curious about energy work, now is the time to find out what it's all about!  More information is available HERE.   
​​*All initial appointments are 90-minutes, to include a consultation in order to be able to identify potential issues and appropriately meet your needs.  After an initial appointment, it is possible to schedule healings in 60 and 90-minute increments, depending your personal preference of whether you feel you need consultation time in addition to your session. 
         **If you need to discuss any issues extensively related to you or your healing, please consider booking The Talker session along with your Healing.  We want to be able to meet your needs and those of all clients by being able to allot the appropriate amount of time for each service.  Otherwise, there will be a $45 charge for every 30-minutes past your appointment ending time.
  • The Reliever ($30)  Do you suffer from chronic migraines?  This migraine relief session is a short, cheap options for those who are dealing with acute migraine attacks.  This service is meant to either aid the effectiveness of medications you may already be on for a migraine, or to help reduce your pain so you may not need to take medications.  Session is 15-minutes.
  • The Balancer ($60)  Chakra Balancing. A service designated to focus on balancing the chakra system. Uses sound and energy work techniques. Session is 30-minutes.
  • The Blessing ($145/hour)  This service is an in-home, hands-on blessing experience that will energetically cleanse and raise the vibration of your home in order to assist in creating a warm and inviting space that is truly a reflection of you and your family. Travel charges may apply.
  • The Purge ($110)  A Sound Therapy session that will transport your mind and body into a deep meditative state, while the vibration facilitates the release emotional blockages that have a tendency to become stored in the body. Purging yourself of old emotional blocks will leave you lighter!  This session is 60-minutes.
  • The Abyss ($140)  This service is ideal for those who need, but perhaps unable to tolerate, deep tissue massage. reaching deeper layers than manual manipulation (massage) are able, leaving you rejuvenated and completely refreshed!  This session is 90-minutes.
  • The Meditation ($95)  A Sound Therapy session that focuses on transporting your mind and body into a deep meditative state.  This session is 60-minutes.
  • The Charger ($50)  This is a 30-minute Sound Therapy facilitated meditative session. Many people are intimidated by meditation and are unable to quiet their own mind. This one-on-one service will provide you with an intense meditative experience that will ultimately re-charge your brain and energy.  May be added to other services!  Contact us to see how!!!

  • Deep/Healer ($205/$240)  A 60-minute deep tissue massage  60-minutes healing, or for NEW CLIENTS, 90-minutes healing.
  • Noodle/Sound ($125)  A 60-minute Swedish massage and a 30-minutes Charger sound therapy session.
  • Deep/Sound ($145)  A 60-minute deep tissue massage and a 30-minutes Charger sound therapy session.​

Cancellation Policy:  The Haven of Healing reserves the right to charge cancellation fees when appropriate.  The Haven requests at least twenty-four hours' notice for cancellation.  Less than twenty-four hour notice may result in a $35 cancellation fee; less than two (2) hours or a no show may result in full charge of services. 
Payment is expected at the time of service.  Cash, check. and charge are accepted. A three (3)% credit card fee may apply. 
Services are not covered by insurance.  There is no guarantee of full timing for late arrivals.  The Haven of Healing reserves the right to refuse appointments.  The Haven of Healing reserves the right to charge accordingly for appointments that run over allotted scheduled time.
