"I have been going to the Haven of Healing for almost 2 years. During this time I have had several foot detox and healing sessions. I have also witnessed several foot detox from friends and family. Every foot detox is different and the colors always coordinate with areas of the body we are having problems with. They always leave us feeling more energetic and healthier. The healing sessions also leave me feeling more energetic, and lighter. When I first started going to Heather, I had low self esteem.
